COMCON Ukraine offers a quick way to check the situation on the market. For each product category we have ready-to-use reports containing only necessary marketing information. Each report consists of a standard data set that is specified in the description of each report. We can also provide data in tables or as a database in special software.

Terms and conditions

We work on the basis of 100% prepayment. After receiving your order our manager will contact you to settle all the details of your request. After this, we sign a contract for the delivery of data and send you an invoice for payment. After receiving the payment we will deliver your order via e-mail and send hard copies of Certificate of appreciation and tax invoice to you.

Terms of payment

As for now, the payment for COMCON Trends data is possible via a bank transfer. We will send you invoice right after all the details of your order are settled. Please note that prices on the website are excluding VAT (20%). VAT is added to the cost of the order automatically at checkout on the website.

For the convenience of our regular clients we offer to sign a framework agreement for services. This will speed up the procedure of ordering and data delivery. At the end of each calendar month we will send you an invoice for all orders you made during the month.

Timing and format of order delivery

• Ready-to-use report on the chosen product category:

Terms of delivery of a Market Trends report consisting analysis of total Ukraine based on one data period is 24 hours after receiving 100% of payment. Delivery time may increase if you order analysis by regions or choose several periods for analysis. Typically, delivery of such kind of report (Market Trends by region or several periods) takes not more than 3 working days after receiving 100% payment. Terms of delivery for the Brand Trends, Profile Trends Short and Profile Trends Solid reports varies from 3 to 5 days, depending on the amount of requested information.

The order is delivered by e-mail in the form of presentation with graphs and comments or in the form of a data tables (on Client's choice). If you need hard copies, please notify the manager at the purchase stage. Content of the final report depends on the type of report that you have chosen. • Database on the selected product category:

The database is delivered within 3 working days after receiving 100% payment.

It is delivered in special software – QuickReport – a tool specially developed to facilitate survey data processing and analysis. The cost of database delivery also includes telephone training how to work with software.

• Customized order:

You can always make a customized order and discuss a convenient format of data reporting. Delivery time of customized order depends on the amount of data requested. Typically, it is about 5 working days after prepayment is received.

You can order any amount of reports on any product categories. Before you confirm your order, look at other reports and market sector - we have a permanent discount system if ordering two or more reports!
